Hi All,
We have an internal order with multiple line items. In KOB5 we selected all lines and then gave 2 Fixed Assets in Final settlement and given $ values against both of them. Saved.
When we go to KO88 to do the actual settlement. While in Test Run, it gives this error KD559, the settlement amount is greater than available amount. We have checked and saw that available amount is in millions and settlement amount is in thousands. Still getting this error.
Can you please help me in this. I am using these transactions for the first time and I am not sure of % (which keeps changing when we settle different amounts) and equivalence no.'s importance and how to give them.
Please advise.
