Dear All,
In 2006 some user have created one PO where PO qty is 120EA and the delivery date is 26.11.06
GRN happend for that material only for 60EA on 30.1.2007, Later on the user have changed the PO qty from 120 EA to 60 EA.
& also the schedule qty to 60 EA......Still system is showing that there is a requirement in 2006 for this item...
Pls suggest....Now PO Qty = GRN then y system is considering this requirement during MRP Run
