Delivery due list batch job not creating OBD

I have created a background job as follows but job says Finished Green but not creating the OBD, please help me figuring out the problems

Variant named as  ZLE_AUTOBD

Program Name: RVV50R10C

Shipping Point/Receiving Pt  20*, 22*

Deliv. Creation Date = ( i saved blank but taking 150 days in future max )

Shipping Conditions 02          

Sales Organization 2000, 2200

a) Descriptive Background Job Name : ZLE_AutOBD

b) Event Name : None

b) Program Name: RVV50R10C

c) Variant : ZLE_AUTOBD

d) User name: BATCH_LE ( It has all the required access related roles )

e) Start Time of the Job: 6.40 AM

f) Job Frequency :- daily every 30 mins
