I'm facing some problem in R/3 and its effecting me in ESS/MSS where the data is not displaying in portal. let me explain in brief we have created 2 plan versions. assume that 1 plan version is for India as RP & the other plan version in for US as LP. now my problem is when I'm using LP as current plan version I can get the ESS/MSS data for USA. but we are going to start a roll-out in the same client so we need to change the plan version & maintain the new data for Indian client in other plan version. so we copied all the data into current plan version '01' & assigned in OOAP. now I can't access any ESS/MSS data from R/3. but i can still find the data in PO13, PO10 etc. when i changed the plan version to '01'. but this will not solve my problem as ESS/MSS point of view. kindly suggest what we need to do
I want ESS/MSS data need to be displayed 24/7 in the same client for all the users, what ever plan version is set I don't mind. but ultimately all my country clients need to have a access for ESS/MSS at same time. where as In future India & USA people will be working on the same system for ESS/MSS. suggest me what precautions we need to take in case of plan versions. how to restrict the data for both the clients & make them available in single system.
Kindly provide me some valuable thoughts
