I would like to work with sub-operations to have more detailed labor capacity planning (repetitive manufacturing environment). In my example I have 6 persons (with different qualifications) that are required in the same time to operation (same work center).
I my example I created 6 different sub-operations with:
- Machine/Labor/Setup capacity with time
- Standard value calculation type 1 - with CAPP
- Start of usage/ End of usage
- User specific fields
Create operation with:
- Machine/Labor/Setup capacity with time
- Transfer to order Cumul.type - 1 summarization in task and order
- Standard value calc. type 1 - with CAPP
- User specific fields
After MRP run I have plan orders and capacity requirements. The dispatching is done with MF50. Unfortunately the person name defined in the user specific fields not appears in the operation (plan order).
Where is expected to find the name of the person?
Where I can find the capacity by sub-operations?
Are the six sub-operations capacities labor summarized at labor operation level? If yes how can I have the details by capacity person/name?
Is this scenario applicable for REM and discrete manufacturing?
