Hello everybody
I have a question regarding the above mentioned issue.
Problem description:
One of my (internal) customer wanted to start a WIP calculation (KKAO) for the current fiscal year. But instead of 2013, the customer entered the year 3110, which is her company code and then started the transaction...
Now the customer is not able to calculate the WIP again, so I have to do something to solve this situation.
Previous attempt:
I only have one approach which is delete the booked data for the fiscal year 3110 directly from SAP tables. In my opinion, the three relevant tables for this case are:
- COSB (CO Object: Total Variances/Results Analyses)
- COEPB (CO Object: Line Items Variance/Period-Based Results Analysis) and
- COSBD (CO Object: Total of variances/accruals, of which settled)
Question:
It is a pain everytime when I have to delete something directly from a SAP table. It is tricky and you have to ensure that only the right data is deleted from the system. Therefore, I would like to ask for your experience, whether is there any other possibility to solve this problem?
Thank you for your help and have a nice holliday!
Phuong.
