Material shortage report for raw material (Detail parts : x1,x2,x3,x4 etc ) procured from outside used in sub assembly- x,y, etc and major assembly-a,b,c etc. My finished product is Cabin.
we are manufacturing the finished product (cabin) parallaly 3,4,5.......etc at a time.
i want the shortage report as below

Total Stock slc(3 cabins) shortage (Total requirement as per the bom of each cabin - Total stock of 3 cabins)
X1 50 EA (25,25,25) No shortage No shortage shortage 25
X2 30 No shortage shortage (20 ) shortage
Raw material receiving from outside as Batchwise. we can use this batch stock to any cabin. But the cabin manufacturing is make to order.
Raw material movement from storage location to storage location is : First we will receive to warehouse store :s1 then moved to ppc store : p1 with 311 movement then moved to shopfloor store : ss1 with 911 movement. from ss1 store consumption happen as 261 movement.
The shortage calculation should be considered as if stock present in 3 stores or consumed with 261 movement in any cabin then considered as stock "+" and shortage should not show against the cabin. if stock in 3 stores and consumption (261) stock is less than requirement quantity as per the bom of 3 cabins. then shortage should show as per the priority of cabin ( i.e if shortage present that shortage first trigger to last started cabin ).
Cabin process : assembles to sub assembles to major assembles to cabin. My rawmaterial i can use any ware. please guide me the Logic for this scenario. While mapping what points i have to considered to get the correct report.
Note : with MRP Run purchase requisition or purchase orders are not generating. so user is asking in report format. please guide me. if any clarification in scenario then i can explain. But this is very important for me.
