Load PI info at the Warehouse

Hi,

We are on the verge of hiring an external party to come and do a
complete physical inventory of all the stocks in our warehouse. We will
provide the external vendor, a list of all the articles at the
warehouse, they will execute the count and enter them into their
devices and system. They will provide the file with counts in CSV
format which we will load into our system for posting.

Is there a standard way of mapping the above in SAP warehouse
management. Please advise on what is the best way to execute this.
