Dear SAP Gurus,
Our client using Dunning for a while with old procedures assigned in customer masters. Due to some change in the agreement they decided to create a new dunning procedures with different intervals.
However, I am not sure what would be impact if we change procedure in existing customers who is already dunned twice (level 2).
Did anybody ever encountered this kind of change? i.e changing procedure in a customer master who has been dunned twice with old procedure? and what will be impact if we change procedure now?
Is there any way that we can assign new procedure and ensure not to resend same dunning letters (for same level).
