Photo Display problem in Nakisa OrgChart.

Dear Experts,

Please help me on the below issue.

We are implementing Nakisa OrgChart 4.0 SP1, we have maintained in SAP system and photos are displaying in OrgChart boxes and Detailed designer also in few computers/Laptops only , in few Computers/Laptops displaying Photos in OrgChart boxes only not displaying in Detailed designer.
