Hi Everyone,
Information Needed on ECC 6.0 Production Client Strategy.
Our Client has ECC 6.0 system and after upgrading this system to current EHP level, there requirement is to maintain TWO Productive Clients in Production system due to there business reasons.
I tried to find SAP Notes or any White paper related to ECC 6.0 with this Client Scenario but was unable to get any relevant information.
My questions are :
Q:1 Is it technically possible to have Two Productive clients in the production systems on the same SAP instance ? If yes will SAP
support it and if yes is there any SAP NOTE or White Paper link for ECC 6.0 which is specific to this same scenario.
Q:2 If SAP does not support this kind of prodcution Client Setup scenario any SAP NOTE or document i can find back this theory.
The only one SAP NOTE I can find that is not relevant:
Note 31557 - The Multiple-Client concept of mySAP.com Solutions - Short O (but this doesn’t say anything specific about above question)
Let me know your suggestions and any documentation you can find from SAP side with same scenario adapted somewhere on ECC 6.0 production box?
