K records not created in 1099 file

Hello All,

The 1099MISC file I created does not contain the K reocrd. I have marked the 'Combined Federal/State' indicator on the Report Additional selection screen. Also, the table V_1059L does not have 'No K records' for any state, indicating that K records should be created for all US states. I found a few old notes regrading the K record and when I performed a syntax check on Format Tree IDWTFILE_US_1099, the system gives the message - No reference to other node specified for node State Records K. However, I am not sure what needs to be filled in the reference node ID or if this is the cause for the K records not being created.
