i need to know the required steps required to generate time wage type as a deductions during payroll run based upon generated time type during time evalution?
my business scenario is as follows:
upon the clock in and out if the employee come late comparing to his planned working time a deduction penalty must be applied.
i created the time type that accumulate the difference between planned and productive times
say it's 1 hour during month
i want to deduct 1 hour from gross salary for that employee
Any suggestion??
another business scenario is:
if the employee not come to work without any absence recorded and the day is work/paid
a deduction of number of absence days + penalty 0.25 day for 1st time during the first half of a year

and from the start of second half of year start rule from beginning !!!
i want to know if it could applied or not?
we are using time evaluation with positive time management.
