I need to define the planning strategy suitable to this scenario :
I have a lot of material groups A, B , C ,D , E
Each one of this groups has some of characteristic distinguishes it
Each one of this groups includes many finished product under it , and they put the demand on group level
Let's takes one material group as example :
I need to have Demand on group level for this material "A" they have only figure for demand on group level as I mentioned earlier .
This group include materials 1,2,3,4,5
The production orders created on the finished product 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 because some of the component specially packing not defined until you receive sales order
My requirement is how to plan for this kinds of scenario considering capacity and planning for the component (common , Variant ) and also maintenance of master data after should be easily ??
