Not reserved by an agent issue in workflow

 

Hi All,

 

We are facing issue related to Workflow. Problem is faced by employee for whom he can book his travel expense through ESS. Work item gets generated and move to his manager. The problem is we can see the workitem under manager approval from background but it cant be seen in MSS in foreground. We are seeing that workitem is getting stored under “Not reserved by an agent” in swi5.

 

can any body let me know what is this  and how can I overcome on this ?


Flat rate expense type

Hi,

 

Our client is proposing to introduce 2 expense types for T&E flat rates for meals/accommodations. As per their idea, the employee has to select either half day flat rate expense type or full day flat rate expense type for requisite number of days. For ex: - For a trip of 3.5 days, there will be 3 line items with full day flat rate expense type and 1 line item for a half day flat rate expense type.  I have heard about configuration nodes “Create Travel Expense Types for Per Diems/Flat Rates” and “Assign Alternative Wage Types to Travel Expense Types Per Diems/Flat Rates”. Other than these 2 configurations, what additional configurations we need to do to meet above requirement. The system is ECC 6.0 Ehp5. You suggestions are welcome.

CA-TS: Error when login via portal

Hi,

 

when I do login via SAP NetWeaver Portal to use CA-TS functions for recording labour time, the following error message is generated: "com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException: Das verwendete Profil besitzt 66 Spalten, maximal zulässig sind jedoch 40" (german)

"com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException: The used profile has 66 columns, the max. allowed amount of columns is 40" (english, own translation)

 

I have tried different changes to the customizing but without success (customizing object TCATS). Does anybody know how to influence the amount of columns in the data entry profile? For the sake of completeness: HCM infotypes are properly maintained.

Delivery calendar in vendor master data

Hi all.

I am trying to make work one request from a user but I am not able to do it. Image may be NSFW.

There is a field available in vendor master data (Delivery cycle=>LFM2-MRPPP) that appears at Purchasing data level, clicking on "Alternative data", so when you create a Purchasing data for a vendor at plant level. This seems to be the same field as the one that appears in material master (planning views). It is related to planning calendar and should be used for delivery dates.

My test was to fill both fields (material master and vendor master) but only takes into account the material master data one during MRP.

Do you know what is necessary to do in order to make the one in vendor master work??

Its regarding VA02 additional data B time window fields are inactive

Hi All,

 

its regarding VA02,change document.

issue:  For the delivery XXXXXXXXX when changing the reason for rejection (VBAP-ABGRU) ,if there are 2 line items are the if the reason for rejection is blank in the additional tab B (in header level)  the time  window fields are in editable mode and the screen is in editable mode.

 

when changing the field to rejection (VBAP-ABGRU) for no stock available the r some other status the ADDITIONAL data B  the time window the time (VBAK-ABHOV,VBAK-ABHOB ) time is populating but its inactive not able to edit mode.

 

finally when the status rejection rejection (VBAP-ABGRU) is blank the time window the time is on editable mode ,if changing the first line item r second line item the additional data B the time window time fields are not in active status its deactive status.

 

please help me on this isse ,how to appraoch for this issue.and alreay i checked in note :302497,386694

Rebates on purchasing - volume comparison in partial settlement

Hi gurus,

i need to implement rebates on purchasing managing volume comparison and partial settlement.

What i do is:

- MEB1 transaction to create the agreement setting the flag "Business volume comparison required for partial settlement"

- at the end of the period, use MEU2 transaction to perform volume comparison, here i need to change "scale basis" and/or "condition basis" according to credite note received by the supplier.

 

The issue i have is: in MEU2 i'd like to use the settlement date equal to the end of the period but the system requires to use the "Agreement valid-to date" set in MEU2. How i can solve it? I'd like to create an agreement with 1 year as validity range and perform partial settlement (monthly based).

I tried to use a calendar for rebate arrangement  but without good results, also i found the transaction MEB7 to extend the vendor rebate arrangements but i don't understang how it should be useful.

 

Other thing: usually where i can put the vendor credit note number as reference? I have to activate something in spro?

LSMW for Sales Order with Multiple lines

Hello Everyone

 

 

We are facing issue regarding Sales orders.We have 50 Sales Orders with multiple lines and lines sometimes exceed to 30 to 40. Now the issue is we want to run LSMW but when in file i use 2nd line item and try to upload system creates new sales order for 2nd line item. However we need multiple lines on each sales order and want to run without ABAP program are there any possibilities that we will upload sales orders with LSMW.

Trigger of sales order output after PO number change

Hi,

is it normal behaviour that sales order output is not generated again after a change in customer PO number?

The output type is customized for multiple-issuing, but there is no program/form routine specification in the Change Output section.

We have one pricing condition type PROO (Automatic Not able to process manually), and disscount K004 (Manually) when we raise sales order price(PR00) will come automatically and we give disscount manually (K004). For some customer they want to increase selling price (PROO) but they do not want to enter PROO manually And want to give high disscount for high price.

 

                         I have planned to create new condition type for pricing (PROO) And disscount condtion type (K004), I will check manuall option in 16 fields then i will put into pricing procedure.

 

             My question is right now we have two PR00 in pricing procedure one is automatic and anoter is manual but when we select manual pricing option in sales order we are not able to give manuall disscount on manual condition type proo.

GR on specific weekdays

Hi,
How to force MRP run to compute planned GR date on Tuesday for some materials and Thursday for others.
I have tried to combine PD + Planning Calendar (MRP2) in material master but without success.

In this case the system starts delivery planning on the relevant weekday and then adds whatever time is needed to be taken into account.

I would need this weekday to be the start point for backward rather then forward scheduling.
Any hint?
I have an impression that a long, long time ago I knew it was possible.
Am I wrong?

Foreign Trade - Legal reports for Mexico

I have some doubts according to same legal reports used in MEXICO.

 

According to the Decree for the Promotion of the Manufacturing, Maquila and Export Service Industry (IMMEX Decree) published by Federal Government of Mexico, some companies are allowed to make temporary importation of goods that are used in an industrial process or service

to produce, transform or repair foreign goods imported temporarily for subsequent export or provision of export services, without covering the

payment of general import tax, value added tax and, where appropriate, countervailing duties.

  • How is this process of temporary importation managed in SAP? As regular stock orders? As consignment Stock? How it is tracked if it is a non-serialized stock?
  • It is needed any kind of integration by an interface between SAP and SECIIT (Sistema Electrónico de Control de Inventarios para Importaciones Temporales)? Or any standard report  that displays the information that is needed by the authorities?

 

Furthermore, according to the custom law, the companies that import goods has to maintain and automated control of inventories with a computer system software (Annex 24) and obtain the required reports for the authorities, avoiding fines or penalties arising from omissions or errors, or as a result of an audit. It is required to present the temporary importation of goods, used materials, returns and so on.

They have also need to maintain some information, such as: "Número de pedimento", "Clave del pedimento" and "Fecha de entrada declarada en

el pedimento" in the reception.

  • Is there any way to maintain this kind of information for each material?

 

It is also required to present an annual electronic report of total imports and exports for the immediately preceding tax year according to the form announced by the Secretariat of Economy through the General Rules and Criteria on Foreign Trade.

  • Does SAP provide this type of report in a standard way (such as INTRASTAT for trade in goods between countries of the European Union)?

One of my bank account currency is EURO

 

An another bank account currency is INR (Indian Rupees)

 

Please guide me as to how do I record a transaction of transfer of fund from EURO bank to INR bank.

Bank Infotype - Change in payroll past not possible

Hi,

 

We have semi-monthly payroll processing.

Payroll has been run for the period 05/01/2013 - 05/15/2013 and payroll has been exited on 05/13/2013.

 

An employee via ESS Bank information iView is attempting to make a Primary account changeon 05/15/2013, which is aslo the payment date. But he  receiving the message in the Edit step to update the bank routing and bank account number, “Changes in the Payroll

Past Not Possible” and cannot proceed further to save the update.

 

As per the Infotype 0003

 

Retro acct date is 01/01/2013

Account to: 05/15/2013

Earliest MD Change: 05/15/2013

 

Also the START date of the bank (primary) account is 06/30/2012.

 

Use case in table is B1.

 

Please advise on how to solve this issue. Your help would be really aopreciated.

LX42 transaction returns Maintenance orders also in addition to PP orders

Hi,

  We use the PP-WM interface and we are looking at the usage of LX42 transaction which states 'Evaluation PP order from WM view'. On Executing the same with out providing any selection criteria in the screen, the transaction returns other types of orders like maintenance orders in addition to PP orders.

 

Not sure why the transaction description is specific to PP while other order types/diff order categories also come out. Any pointers to use the transaction correctly/pre-reqs if any etc., will be very much appreciated.

Not possible to enter services ("final entry" indicator set)

Hi All,

 

When i am trying to create service entry sheet.The below error is coming:

"Not possible to enter services ("final entry" indicator set)".

 

The service order is not having any history.Eventhough i am not able to create a service entry sheet with the above error.

Scales in rebates

Hi

 

I m trying to use the scale in the rebate, but il doesn't work. The system didn't pick up in my invoice the scale of my rebate

I have already checked the issue in the forum, but I didnt find my answer.

 

I would like to use the scale in two cases of rebate , the first in value, et then in quantity.

 

For example :

from 1000 eur 5%

         2000 eur 6ù

 

And in quantity :

from 1000 M² 5%

        2000 m² 6%

 

Anybody could help me?
